Martin & Co (Croydon) join ARLA

Peter Brown proprietor of Martin & Co (Croydon) has become a member of the Association of Residential Letting Agents, the only professional, self-regulating body specialising in the private rented sector.  Martin & Co (Croydon) have also been admitted to the ARLA Client Money Protection Scheme giving landlords real financial re-assurance.

Membersip can only be attained by passing the  National Federation of Property Professionals Technical Award in Residential Letting and Property Management and meeting ARLA's strict company accounting requirements.
