The Estate & Letting Agent Awards, the largest and longest running awards in the letting agent industry, have announced their shortlist for 2010.

National survery on letting agents
Martin & Co, Oxford has released details of a national survey conducted earlier in 2009 by Awards for Business. Over 30,000 questionnaires were sent out to property owners throughout the country who had sold or let through an agent. The purpose was to seek opinion on customer service.
