- We are open six days a week, Monday to Saturday. We open at 9.30 am every day apart from Wednesday when we open at 10 am to allow time for staff training. The office closes at 5.30 pm Monday to Friday and at 1 pm on Saturdays. Late appointments to view properties can normally be made on some days – please enquire in the office.

Looking for a house to rent?
If you are looking for a house to rent then one piece of advice we have is this – be quick. Although there are usually a lot of properties available to rent at any given time, only few of them are the true ‘gems’. We have recently rented several newly built houses at a very attractive price – they were on the market only for a few days. The best examples are 2 newly built house in Merthyr Tydfil – one in Cae Penderyn (George Wimpey site) and one in Gelli Dawel (Redrow site) – we had people literally queueing to view the property. And both properties were rented to the very first persons viewing the property. So, if you looking to rent something special than waiting is not the right way to go.

Pupil's dream houses
The lucky winner of the Martin & Co letting agents drawing competition was chosen for her imaginative, colourful picture.
Katie Eynen, six, is a pupil at Goetre Infants School, on the Gurnos Estate. She entered the ‘Dream House’ competition and created a purple castle with blue and yellow windows which was a huge hit with judges Emma Donnelly (our lettings administrator) and Kelly Miles (from Merthyr Express).
Runner-up was Emmy Lewis, five, from St Illtyd’s School and six-year-old Olivia Cox from Mount Pleasant Primary School.

Martin & Co runs a competition with a prize
Martin & Co has been running a drawing competition for children in primary school in Merthyr Tydfil. Children had a chance to draw they dream home. The school of a winning child will receive a cheque for £ 100
We have received lots of lovely drawings. Emma, our letting negotiator, together with Merthyr Express reporter Kelly Miles have choosen a winning drawing. The results and the cheque will be presented very soon. Keep and eye on our newspaper for the results.
