From 1st October 2008 all rental properties with a new tenancy agreement in England and Wales will be required by law to have an Energy Performance Certificate (EPC).

Our EPCs are carried out by fully accredited Domestic Energy Assessors.
Our fixed fee of £80 remains the same regardless of location, size of the property or number of bedrooms.

Plain sailing in Kent
WITH THE HELP of brothers David and Martin Johnson Kent Scouts have managed to keep their water activities afloat. Martin & Co offices in Maidstone and Tunbridge Wells have donated a new set of sails to the Kent Scouts team boat. The Maidstone office of Martin and Co is owned and run by Martin Johnson and the Tunbridge Wells office by David Johnson and his wife Suzanne. Martin spends much of his time on the water, as he is a member of both the town and the county water activities teams.
