EPC's

A reminder to all residential Landlords: As from 1st October 2008 all properties re-newing or taking out a New Tenancy Agreement in England and Wales will be required by law to have an EPC – Energy Performance Certificate.

Failure to have a certificate for your property could lead to a fine of £200.00
