And the winner is.....
The head office of the UK’s No 1 letting agents – Martin & Co (UK) Ltd has scooped the award for the Estate Agency/Lettings Agency Franchisor of the Year category of The Negotiator Awards 2008.
Richard Martin, Chairman received the trophy from presenter Rory Bremner, at a glittering awards ceremony at the Hilton Hotel in London’s Park Lane earlier this week.
On winning the award Richard expressed his pleasure, “This is the first time we have been a finalist in this category and we could not have asked for a better result! – we were up against some stiff competition.”
