We are located in large shop front premises on a busy high street, near to Worthing Central station and the town centre, easily accessible by public transport or car and have customer parking on our forecourt.

We work with the best local contractors to manage our landlord’s properties. All are interviewed and screened before they become approved contractors. We hold their insurance details and professional qualifications on file, which must always be up to date before they are given work. This reinforces our landlords’ confidence that we can provide the best possible property management service.

The Worthing team

The Worthing office is headed up by Caroline O’Dwyer, Lettings/Office Manager. Caroline started in the business as an administrator working her way up over 3 years. Caroline has gained a wealth of experience in the property industry and local knowledge of the Worthing area. Caroline oversees the general day to day running of the office.

Jodie Thomas is the Lettings Negotiator. Jodie’s previously has had experience in the sales and letting market gaining 7 years extensive knowledge in the property industry. Jodie is highly motivated and enjoys being out and about meeting and assisting tenants.

James Carrier is the Business Development Manager, James focus is on new and existing landlords and business generation. James has a wealth of experience with an extensive background in the property sales and lettings market.

Becky Spicer is the Property Manager who brings 8 year property management experience to the team. Becky is ARLA qualified and completely dedicated to lettings. Becky has lived in the Worthing area her whole life, providing her with second to none local knowledge and excellent customer service.

Live and rent in Worthing

Worthing is a large seaside town with Borough status in West Sussex. It is situated at the foot of the South Downs, 10 miles (16 km) west of Brighton and about 28 miles (45 km) to the southwest of Gatwick International Airport. Worthing has 5 stations and frequent fast trains to London Victoria, Brighton, Portsmouth and Gatwick Airport and is served by the A24 and A27/M23, both leading to the M25. Consequently, it is firmly in the commuter belt and is a sought after location due to its sea front and surrounding countryside.

Worthing has a large service industry, particularly in financial services. Our large employers include Southern Water, GSK, HMRC, MGM Assurance, Lloyds Registrars, National Health Service and Sussex Police. We have three theatres and one of Britain's oldest cinemas.

Lancing is a peaceful residential area frequently chosen by people working in Brighton since the cost of renting here is significantly less than Brighton. It has a busy shopping centre and a railway station.
