The Worcester business is owned by Peter & Rani Grieve who also own the highly successful Gloucester business of Martin & Co. With nearly 50 years combined experience within the team in residential and commercial property management, our local knowledge is second to none and our team are all trained to a very high standard. We also work closely with the Cheltenham office.
Meet The Team:
Peter Grieve- Director - Peter is a director of numerous residential developments, he is a business property consultant and provides investment and acquisition advice to our investor landlords. His vast experience in commercial and residential property has helped establish Martin & Co as letting agent of choice. Peter also chairs the National Marketing Steering Group for Martin & Co (UK) Ltd.
Rani Grieve - Director - Rani manages the entire admin team in both the Worcester & Gloucester offices, she is responsible for all lettings, property management and our multiple landlords. Rani takes great pride in the business consistently delivering exceptional customer service.
Peter Newitt – Senior Property Negotiator – Peter has over 8 years in the residential lettings sector, he is responsible for all property negotiations and sales progression Peter is qualified to carry out Energy performance Certification.
Ella Harrison - Lettings Manager – Ella has 12 years sector experience in both administration and operations. Ella is a highly skilled and very knowledgeable within the lettings industry.
Georgia Unwin – Lettings Co-ordinator – Georgia has several years experiance in the lettings industry and is highly skilled in dealing with day to day tenancy related matters.
Harriet Tyler - Lettings Coordinator - Harriet has extensive sector experience having previously managed a large property portfolio. She has strong admin skills and a broad working knowledge of all aspects of the lettings process.
Alison Batchelor - Bookkeeper & Financial Assistant - Alison provides in-house bookkeeping, accountancy and financial support, she is also responsible for the rental receipt and payment process.
Graham Jell – Financial Accountant – Ridge House provide full accountancy and bookkeeping services to the Worcester & Gloucester offices.
Worcester is a beautiful city with a rich history – It’s where Oliver Cromwell’s New Model Army defeated King Charles I’s Cavaliers. The River Severn runs through the middle of the city, and it is overlooked by the superb 12th century Worcester Cathedral.
