The city of Wolverhampton sits in the West Midlands, 18 miles from Birmingham.   It is a vibrant centre for commerce and culture with major employers.  Wolverhampton Science Park, established in 1995 has spread its reputation nationally and internationally for providing quality facilities. There are now over 70 companies from the science, technology and creative sectors set up there.  There’s also HBOS and Midshires Banks, Lucus Engineering Concepts, the NHS and many more large employers in the surrounding areas.

 

Wolverhampton has good transport links to the rest of the UK by rail and bus; there is even a tram network which runs throughout the city all the way to Birmingham.  Night trams give residents the option to take advantage of Birmingham’s bustling night life.  Alternatively Wolverhampton itself has an array of good night clubs and wine bars to try out.  The brand new Indi Bar on Darlington Street is popular at the moment and a brand new edition to the vibrant city nightlife.

 

The quality of properties is very important to our tenants so we always ensure they are clean and safe to let.  We are always short of two bedroom flats because these let out very quickly in our territory.  We are also looking for three bedroom houses with parking to service the large number of families who wish to rent in Wolverhampton and the surrounding areas.  We never have any problems letting out quality, clean properties and they are always snapped up very quickly.  As well as families we have professionals moving to the area on contract with one of the Banks or the NHS and students looking for an alternative to university halls.
