The City has a reputation for its excellent local amenities such as a shopping mall, which is soon to be refurbished and extended, a variety of coffee shops and cafes to try, local sights and parks, and a large array of bars and nightlife activity! The City also offers excellent transport links to every major City through rail, bus and metro. The City also benefits from great commuter routes through motorways too. Being 18 miles from Birmingham makes access to the City of Birmingham easy for all, so residents have the option to take advantage of the City s bursting nightlife too on the night tram!

The City benefits from many of the companies that have invested in offices in the City such as Midshires Banks, Lucus Engineering Concepts, the NHS, Jaguar/Land Rover, UTC Aerospace, and many more large employers in the surround areas.

Martin&Co aim to Let properties to our tenants which are clean and safe to Let, as these are the properties that are snapped up very quickly for a quick move-in. We are always looking for two bedroom apartments and three bedroom houses with parking in order to service our large number of clients which request these kinds of properties in our territory. We never have any issues letting to working professionals and students alike, as we have many clients on contracts with the Banks and the NHS moving into the area.

As Branch Manager Martin Chander aims to provide the best solution to landlords and tenants for the best interests of their property and tenancies. Being a landlord himself Martin Chander always strives to provide his clients with first hand sales information in order to expand their portfolio. Martin Chander is also Head of Property Management, this entails overseeing the management of properties within our portfolio and ensuring clients are getting the very best out of their investment.

Coming from a sales background Steve Higgins is a very committed member of the Martin&Co team. Steve Higgins often goes out of his way for clients and always endeavours to schedule appointments at the best times of our clients, even if the appointments take place outside of working hours.

With complete qualifications for administration within a business environment Ryan Jones handles all administration within the Martin&Co Wolverhampton office. Ryan prepares all files and prepares all referencing documents ready for prospective tenants to move into properties quickly.

Charlie McDermott is the Property Standards Specialist here at Martin&Co Wolverhampton and has very quickly achieved the best in her role. Charlie handles tenancy renewals, rent guarantee insurances, property arrears management, inspections and gas certificates to a high standard achieving great results on a regular basis.

Rhianna handles the social media & marketing side of our business. All For Sale and To Let properties are marketed by her, Land Registry data is collected by her, as well as having access to the Blogger page and Facebook, Twitter and LinkedIn pages.

Coming in as an apprentice Emma Hickman provides support to all areas of the office. Emma aids negotiators, administration and call handling within the office as well as taking on arrears handling and property management.
