Having a Property Asset Management Degree and Bachelor Honors in Science Martin Chander aims to provide the best solution to landlords and tenants for the best interests of their property and tenancies. Being a landlord himself Martin Chander always strives to provide his clients with first hand sales information in order to expand their portfolio.

Martin Chander is also Head of Property Management, this entails overseeing the management of properties within our portfolio and ensuring clients are getting the very best out of their investment.

Anthony Smith Property Manager


John Cook is solely responsible of managing properties within the Martin&Co base. this entails taking on maintenance queries from tenants and being sure to provide landlords with with the most efficient yet effective route going forward for the upkeep and maintenance of their investment.

Steve Higgins Senior Negotiator


Having coming from a sales background Steve Higgins is a very committed member of the Martin&Co team. Mr Higgins often goes out of his way for clients and always endeavors to do appointments at the best times of our clients, even if the appointments take place out of working hours.

Charlie McDermott Office Administration Support

Having come from being an apprentice Charlie McDermott very quickly achieved the very best in her apprenticeship and joined Martin&Co as a permanent member of staff. Since then Charlie now leads tenancy renewals, rent guarantees, arrears management, inspections and gas certificates to a high standards achieving great results and outcomes on a regular basis.

Having recently qualified for administration within the business place Ryan Jones prepares all files and prepares all referencing ready for prospective tenants to move into properties. As well as this Ryan as well as his team mates tend to advertise properties the same day from taking them on.

Coming in as an apprentice Darren Hinton aims to provide the best support to fellow colleagues and endeavors to book applicants into the properties that best suits their requirements. Darren is also involved with supporting Property Management with issues including co-ordination of maintenance works.

About Wolverhampton

The city of Wolverhampton sits in the West Midlands, 18 miles from Birmingham.   It is a vibrant centre for commerce and culture with major employers.  Wolverhampton Science Park, established in 1995 has spread its reputation nationally and internationally for providing quality facilities. There are now over 70 companies from the science, technology and creative sectors set up there.  There’s also HBOS and Midshires Banks, Lucus Engineering Concepts, the NHS and many more large employers in the surrounding areas.
