The Martin and Co Woking Office is in a central location near the railway station and opposite the main Woking bus stops for easy access.  We have been trading since 2003 and cover all of Woking including postcodes GU21, GU22 and West Byfleet KT14. 

This covers Knaphill and St Johns area to the west of Woking, Horsell to the North and Old Woking , Mount Hermon, Send to the South. 

We work very closely with the Guildford office, sharing marketing materials and press space in the Woking/Guildford area. We have multiple Landlords with Portfolios covering the joint area.

Information on the Surrey town of Woking

Woking is an excellent area to live with local theatres, cinemas and a wide variety of restaurants and pubs. It’s just 30 minutes from Waterloo, and accommodation is considerably cheaper than other places along the M25, making it a popular choice for commuters.    

There is plenty to do in Woking. Head to the centre for great Nightlife, Theatres, Cinemas, pubs such as JD Weatherspoons and restaurant chains like Nandos.  The Woking Dance Festival attracts great crowds every year and is an event the locals look forward to.
