Catherine Kiely is the dedicated mobile agent for Wivenhoe Lettings. 

 

Catherine has worked at the Martin & Co, Colchester office for over two years and has gained experience in all areas of the lettings industry. 

 

Recently completing a  degree, BA Hons in Management in June 2011, Catherine is looking forward to putting into practice all she has learned in a bid to grow Martin & Co Lettings Wivenhoe and  offering an exceptional service, that no other agent provides.

 

Georgina Maddison our Lettings Assistant has been with us for one year and is responsible for handling new tenancy applications, in addition to marketing our properties and attracting new customers. 

 

Rachel Whittaker joined us in last year from working with a Lettings Referencing Agency which closed in the Town. Rachel is responsible for gaining appointments for new Landlords and Tenants, and for handling Customer Service demands. 

 

Judy Amos is the Colchester Office Accounts Manager and has been with the Company for over 5 years. Judy is responsible for maintaining the Client Bank Accounts to the strict rules laid down by ARLA. 

 

Matt Barber our Colchester Property Manager has over 4 years experience in his role and manages a busy portfolio to ensure that our properties are always maintained to the highest standards.

 

Carly Stannard is our Property Assistant and has been with us for one year. Carly is responsible for the Tenancy Renewals process, as well as arranging routine Property Inspections and maintaining Gas Safety in all our properties.

 

 

 

Live and rent in Wivenhoe

Wivenhoe is a "delightful secret" just three miles south of Colchester. Much of Wivenhoe is designated a conservation area as many streets are of architectural interest.

 

Wivenhoe is on the the banks of the River Colne and is an ideal destination for a stroll along the river, followed by a traditional newspaper wrapped meal of fish and chips or a relaxing meal in one of the local restaurants or bars.

 

Wivenhoe had strong links in the ship and yacht building industry and was home to two properous shipyards. More recently Wivenhoe Park is the chosen location for the University of Essex.

 

Wivenhoe Train Station has a service to London Liverpool Street and a regular bus service to Colchester. Stansted Airport is just under one hour from Wivenhoe and Harwich International Port is only thirty minutes away.
