Matt Barber our Colchester Property Manager has over 4 years experience in his role and manages a busy portfolio to ensure that our properties are always maintained to the highest standards.
Carly Stannard is our Property Assistant and has been with us for one year. Carly is responsible for the Tenancy Renewals process, as well as arranging routine Property Inspections and maintaining Gas Safety in all our properties.
Wivenhoe is a "delightful secret" just three miles south of Colchester. Much of Wivenhoe is designated a conservation area as many streets are of architectural interest.
Wivenhoe is on the the banks of the River Colne and is an ideal destination for a stroll along the river, followed by a traditional newspaper wrapped meal of fish and chips or a relaxing meal in one of the local restaurants or bars.
Wivenhoe had strong links in the ship and yacht building industry and was home to two properous shipyards. More recently Wivenhoe Park is the chosen location for the University of Essex.
