Wirral South lettings agency

The Wirral South office is located on Church Road, Bebington – which is a busy shopping street two minutes walk from the local station, and five minutes from the M53. We have been trading since 2005 and work closely with Wirral North, giving complete coverage of the Wirral to help assist landlords and tenants. We actually advertise together in the Wirral News group of papers.

 

The areas we cover are: Bebington, Port Sunlight, Spital, Bromborough, Eastham, Ellesmere Port, Great Sutton and Little Sutton, Neston, Parkgate, Heswall, Pensby, Irby & Thingwall.

 

We are proud members of Wirral Borough Council Landlord Accreditation Scheme, as well as being a member of  The Property Ombudsman Scheme. We have been local BNI members for the past five years, and were shortlisted for regional ESTAS awards in 2009 and 2010.

 

Many landlords choose to instruct us to manage their property, as well as let it. In our experience this takes away the hassle from landlords and tends to be favoured by tenants who often prefer professionally managed properties.

respond to you and your tenants quickly and efficiently, and can be involved at every stage of the tenancy.

Dave – Owner and Managing Director; has extensive experience in sales and marketing and is driven by the belief that we should always try to exceed our client's expectations.

 

Jo – Senior Negotiator; has been with the office for six years and offers our clients her in-depth knowledge and experience of the lettings industry.

 

Laura – Property Manager; is highly professional and has several years experience in the industry. Laura is polite and friendly and always on hand to help our landlords and tenants. Laura has just passed the NFOPP Technical Award in Residential Lettings and Property Management and now she has become a Member of ARLA.

 

Nikki– Administration; has been with the company  for 1 year and has added to the expertise in our administration, Nikki is becoming a very able negotiator dealing with tenants and prospective tenants.

Live and rent in Wirral South

Wirral South is a beautiful part of the country, an ideal family location that is made up of small towns and villages, local beaches and county walks. It is also home to some excellent pubs and great Golf Courses – including one at Hoylake that was recently used for the British Open. The M53 runs right through the Wirral giving access to Liverpool, Manchester, Chester, scenic North Wales and the Lakes, all within 60 minutes.

 

There are plenty of places to eat and drink, and Cheshire Oaks Outlet Mall – one of largest in UK – has lots of restaurants and entertainment facilities, including the multi-screen Vue cinema.

 

We are always looking for 2 and 3 bedroom semi's, as the area has a number of excellent schools which drive families to try to move into the area – St John Plessington Catholic High School has just won the title of SECONDARY SCHOOL OF THE YEAR at the prestigious Times Educational Supplement National Awards for 2010, and Wirral Grammar School for Girls and Wirral Grammar school for Boys are also both highly rated schools. The bulk of our tenants are families and this leads to longer durations of lets, thus reducing the number of potential vacant .  Other than families, a large portion of our clients are landlords that have moved abroad but retain property in UK, and landlord's that have inherited family property and wish to see an upturn in housing market.
