The Wirral South office is located on Church Road, Bebington – which is a busy shopping street two minutes walk from the local station, and five minutes from the M53. We have been trading since 2005, Together with Martin & Co Wirral North we offer all levels of service in placing tenants in the right property. Wirral South is a beautiful part of the country, an ideal family location that is made up of small towns and villages, local beaches and country walks. It is also home to some excellent pubs and great Golf Courses – including one at Hoylake that is hosting the British Open next year. The M53 runs right through the Wirral giving access to Liverpool, Manchester, Chester, scenic North Wales and the Lakes, all within 60 minutes.

There are plenty of places to eat and drink, and Cheshire Oaks Outlet Mall – one of largest in the UK – has lots of restaurants and entertainment facilities, including the multi-screen Vue cinema.

We always have a high demand for 2, 3 & 4  bedroom properties, as the area has a number of excellent schools  – St John Plessington Catholic High School has just won the title of SECONDARY SCHOOL OF THE YEAR at the prestigious Times Educational Supplement National Awards for 2010, and Wirral Grammar School for Girls and Wirral Grammar school for Boys are also both highly rated schools.
