Dan Bapty is our motivated Negotiator, Dan is very motivated to help you find the property you are looking for. Dan has been working in the lettings industry for five years now. He started working for Foxtons in London for two years before taking time out to travel the world.
Since returning to the UK in September 2009 Dan has been working as a lettings negotiator in his hometown of Winchester.
In Dan's spare time he enjoys playing and watching most sports but his main love is Football. A keen Tottenham Hotspur fan Dan plays for a team on Saturdays and trains regularly in the week. When he is not playing football
Dan enjoys playing golf and attending the gym.
Ben Hume is our Our Property Manager. Ben has worked in lettings for since 2009.
Hannah Edwards is our Administrator who assists Ben in running a very efficient Property Management Department. Hannah is an important member of the property management team.
She has a general interest in Animals after doing an animal management course in 2007, but then went on to do a business administration apprenticeship in 2008. After briefly working for another estate agent Hannah began working for Martin & Co in September 2009 as part of her apprenticeship which she finished in January 2010. Hannah Enjoys spending time with her friends and family especially her 1 year old niece .Hannah Has
many interests including going to watch music acts and comedians.
