Gary Chase – Gary has worked in the area for over 20 years – most recently as Director of Finance and Development of a substantial local housing organisation and built up a significant private lettings portfolio. A qualified accountant, he also has an MA in Urban Regeneration and is a member of the Chartered Institute of Housing. In a voluntary capacity he is a board member of a housing organisation and is Vice Chair of the Community Self Build Agency – a national organisation that promotes and assists self- builders.
Sandra Royer – Sandra has lived and worked in the Brent area for over 25 years –most recently as an Executive Director of a large housing organisation. A member of the Chartered Institute of Housing, she has substantial senior level experience of property management including both the public and private sectors. Sandra is currently the non- executive Chair of a housing organisation in Hertfordshire. She not only brings a wealth of relevant experience to the lettings industry but having lived and brought up two children in the area is able to pass on local knowledge to prospective tenants.
The office has close ties to other London Martin & Co offices, in particular Ealing, Ruislip, Kensington and Chelsea and Camden.
