Martin & Co widnes is situated on Albert Road, in the Town Centre. We are coming up this year to be trading five years and offering landlords and tenants specialist expert lettings and property management advice. We cover the areas of Widnes WA8 and Runcorn WA7 OPENING VERY SHORTLY IN RUNCORN TOWN CENTRE.

We have a very close working relationship with our landlords and tenants, as well as the local council.

 

We use one maintenance company who specialise in all aspects of property management who are all highly qualified and experienced in what they do.

The Widnes team

Amanda has been in the letting business since 2005 and has gained a substantial amount of knowledge and experience. She has passed her knowledge down to her team.

 

Tracy is Accounts Manager  and has been with the Branch for five years. She started in the business as part time negotiator and again has developed her knowledge and skills.

 

Sharon Bryers is our new independant inspections and check in and check out clerk.

 

Carolyn Devany has been employed as Lettings Negotiator she has local knowledge of the area and is  very experienced in her role.

 

Mandy Benson is our latest member of staff and was highly recommended by Carolyn from Daisy Lettings. She is settling in well and hope her well in her new career.

 

Christopher Graham has returned after a year of travelling.

Good to see him back.

 

Also part of our daily team is our independant maintenance company they are experienced in all aspects of property management and within their services they include weekends and bank holidays exclusive to Martin & Co, their workmanship comes highly recommended and their public liability insurance certificate is available on request .

 

 

Live and rent in Widnes

Widnes is traditionally an industrial town, located within the borough of Halton, in Cheshire. Situated on the northern bank of the River Mersey where the estuary narrows to form Runcorn Gap. 

 

It is a very popular location for families, hence why we are always looking for 3 Bedroom semi-detached houses. There are 19 primary schools 6 nurseries and 3 secondary schools in the area. We have a lot of buy to let investors, as well as Housing benefit tenants, professional tenants and the occasional company lets.

 

There is also plenty to see and do, Victoria Park has a number basketball courts, bowling greens and a skateboard facility, as well as a lake for model boats. There are also a number of nature reserves; Clincton Wood, Hale Road Woodlands and Pickerings Pasture are all worth visiting. Plus there’s Catalayst, which makes Science exciting and accessible to people of all ages and abilities, explore the award winning galleries, visit the stunning interactive theatre, experience fun activities in the lab or travel 30m above the river Mersey in the external glass lift to the glass walled observatory gallery! There is also a  retail park which has some of the high streets best stores, a cinema and bowling alley in the waterfront project.

 

Widnes is situated very close to the m62 and m56 and also has 2 railway stations and we have the runcorn bridge which leads you to the heart of cheshire. Widnes also has 3 bus companys which provide local transport. Widnes is only 6 miles from the Liverpool’s John Lennon airport. Widnes is a very family orientated town which is up and coming with the latest development being a brand new shopping complex and Tesco warehouse, creating job opportunities in the surrounding areas.
