Martin & Co is located in St Thomas Street which starts directly behind the statue of King George lll on Weymouth sea front, and is the main road for Estate & Letting Agents.  In his day, King George lll was a regular visitor to Weymouth and helped to establish the town as a major seaside resort over 200 years ago. The Weymouth team

The branch is managed by David James. David spent several years in property sales working in Spain, Romania and Bulgaria. He opened new estate agency branches in Mojacar, Spain and the ski resort of Bansko in Bulgaria. On returning to the UK he became a CeMAP qualified mortgage adviser working within a major national estate agents, with a very busy lettings department, and he still enjoys talking to Landlords about their financing requirements.

This is a lively market town with a wealth of history dating back to Roman times.  Major employers in the area include Dorset County Council and Weymouth & Portland Borough Council, the NHS, Land Registry, New Look and Condor Ferries with employees wanting to remain in the area and many choosing to relocate to the beautiful County.
