Andrew Jest is a member of ARLA (The Association of Residential Letting Agents) and owns the Waterlooville, Portsmouth & Southsea and the Chichester franchises.  This allows us to offer an outstanding service over all areas of Waterlooville, Chichester, Portsmouth and Southsea.

 

Our experienced Letting Agent, Kelly Tyler is a member of ARLA (The Association of Residential Letting Agents).  She has over 10 years experience in the local lettings market and started as an Office Junior for a corporate Lettings Agency.  She has worked with Martin & Co for the past 5 years and is acting Branch Manager.

 

Kerri Zebedee over sees the day to day running of the office and looks after the Accounts.  She has over 8 years of experience working within customer service based roles and is currently working towards her ARLA Technical Award.

Donna Cross has recently joined our busy lettings team in Portsmouthas lettings negotiator. With just over 4 years experience in the industry Donna is dedicated to customer service and finding the right tenant for each property. She is currently undergoing training within our National Training Academy and will be working towards obtaining her NFOPP Technical Award in Residential Letting and Property Management.

 

Kurtis Wiseman has joined us on an apprenticeship scheme. He is learning the lettings business to obtain his NVQ level 2 in Business & Customer Service.

Good travel links with easy access to the A3(M) North to London and South to Portsmouth.  The A27 East to Chichester and West to Southampton and the M275 into Portsmouth City centre.  First and Stagecoach ensure all major bus routes are covered to the local villages and town centres.

 

Portsmouth City Centre and Gunwharf Quays are only a 15 minute drive away.  Gunwharf Quays is landscaped in a historic setting, with the famous Dockyard and Old Portsmouth only a short walk away, Gunwharf Quays is where old and new come together. Once you’ve experienced shopping in the pedestrian avenues, soaked up with the spectacular views across the harbour, and enjoyed with the vibrant atmosphere, we’re sure you’ll be back time and time again.

 

Waterlooville’s town centre has a pedestrian walk with a local market on Fridays.  The Town centre has three large supermarkets, major banks, local doctors, dentist, post office, leisure complex with swimming pool and gym.  The Hambledon Road Retail Park has many well know retailers such as Argos, TK Max, JJB and DFS. 

 

There is a good choice of infant, junior and secondary schools including Purbrook Junior School and Oakland Catholic School.  South Downs College offers a wide range of courses including an outstanding award winning restaurant.
