The Twickenham office directly overlooks Twickenham Green
and two busy roads (The Green & Hampton Road). We have been established Since October 2003. The areas we cover are: TW1, TW2 (Twickenham Green, Strawberry Hill and Whitton), TW7 (Isleworth), TW11 (Teddington), TW12 (Hampton). We have established contacts with major builders & developers and focus on renting properties to professionals and corporate clients.
We are qualified & licensed members of ARLA (Association of Residential Letting Agents), qualified members of NAEA (National Association of Estate Agents), licensed members of NALS (National Approved Letting Scheme) and members of The Property Ombudsman Scheme (TPOS).
The Twickenham team
Phil Steed (Director) is professionally qualified and holds the following designations: MARLA, MNAEA, ACIB (qualified banker). As an invited member of the Gerson Lehman global network Phil consults on the UK residential lettings market. He has a strong corporate background in sales, marketing & consulting and 15+ years property experience in the UK.
Toni Steed (Director & Company Secretary); Toni has a wealth of knowledge and experience in financial management and accounting.
Paul Harty (Associate Director); Paul joined the business in 2008. He is a former regional sales manager with Gascoigne Pees (part of Countrywide), and a former sales manager with Foxtons & Winkworths. He has lived and worked in the area for almost 20 years and has extensive local market knowledge and local contacts.
Laura Mitchell (Senior Lettings Negotiator); Laura joined the business in 2009 straight from University where she obtained a Degree. She is currently studying for the ARLA qualification. Part of Laura’s job involves undertaking viewings.

Live and rent in Twickenham
Twickenham is well known for its national rugby stadium that plays host to England Rugby matches as well as the famous Oxford v Cambridge match that occurs once a year. It’s also a concert venue, where acts like Bon Jovi and Rod Stewart have appeared in recent years and benefits from a Marriott Hotel and Virgin Active health club.
Twickenham is popular with tenants given its close proximity to Richmond upon Thames (nightlife, pubs, restaurants, shops) and it represents great value for money being around 25% cheaper in terms of rent. It also fronts the River Thames and the mainline railway station offers a fast service into London Waterloo.

The area also offers close proximity to open spaces such as Bushey Park, Marble Hill Park and Richmond Park. Community activities such as club cricket, fetes etc are common. Teddington adjoins Twickenham and attracts professionals, families and corporate clients looking for quality accommodation and good transport links; there is a mainline station with services into London Waterloo and the area also offers easy access by road to Central London, M3 / M25 and Heathrow Airport.
Isleworth is a popular destination for tenants and is located between Brentford and Hounslow. Home to the former Brunel University, the area offers excellent transport links including a mainline railway station, nearby underground station (Piccadilly Line) and easy access to the M4 / Central London. The area also benefits from a number of new build developments.

We are always looking for 3 & 4 bed family homes which attract a rent of between £1,800 and £3,500 per calendar month, to meet demand from corporate contacts and relocation agents. This reflects our office location and proximity to the catchment area of highly regarded schools. The majority of our landlord clients own one or two properties within our trading area.
