Our office directly overlooks Twickenham Green and two busy roads (The Green & Hampton Road). We have been established since 2003 and the areas we cover are TW1 (Central Twickenham, St Margaret's), TW2 (Twickenham Green, Strawberry Hill and Whitton), TW7 (Isleworth), TW11 (Teddington), TW12 (Hampton).
We have long-standing relationships with builders & developers and specialise in renting properties to professional and corporate clients. We also source Buy to Let properties for our private investors and have access to specialist lenders / portfolio management consultants.

Residential sales - nothing new to our team
We have been involved in residential sales since 2005 and currently handle this through our sister company Steed & Co. However, from early May residential sales will be offered under the Martin & Co banner. Our residential sales team (which collectively offers over 35 years of experience) covers Twickenham (including St Margaret's), Teddington, Hampton and Isleworth.

Phil Steed (Director) is professionally qualified and holds the following designations: MARLA, MNAEA, ACIB (qualified banker). As an invited member of the Gerson Lehman global network Phil consults on the UK residential sales & lettings market. He has over 20 years property experience covering the UK & Florida.
Toni Steed (Director & Company Secretary); Toni has a wealth of knowledge and experience in financial management and accounting. She looks after the office accounts and financial reporting. Her past work experience includes Lloyds TSB Group and BUPA.
Paul Harty (Associate Director); Paul joined the business in 2008. He is a former regional sales manager with Gascoigne Pees (part of Countrywide), and a former sales manager with Foxtons & Winkworths. He has lived and worked in the area for over 20 years and has extensive local market knowledge and local contacts. Paul manages the Sales & Letting departments.
Laura Mitchell (Business Asistant); Laura joined the business in 2009 straight from University where she obtained a Degree. Her diverse role includes co-ordinating tenancy renewals, preparing the legal documentation, managing our property marketing activities.
Andrew Trussler (Senior Negotiator). Andy has almost 15 years of sales and letting experience gained in and around Twickenham. He manages applicant enquiries, undertakes viewings, liaises with our landlords and sellers.
Oke Ajuwa (Property Manager). Oke joined the team in March 2012. His background includes serving in the British Army and, more recently, 2+ years as a specialist lettings Property Manager. He handles all property maintenance issues, interim inspections, contractor selection / billing
Twickenham is well known for its national rugby stadium that plays host to England Rugby matches as well as the annual Varsity match and numerous club fixtures. It’s also a concert venue, which has hosted Bon Jovi, Rod Stewart and the Help for Heroes concert in recent years. The stadium comolex also benefits from a Marriott Hotel and Virgin Active health club.
Twickenham is a popular destination for tenants and buyers given its close proximity to Richmond upon Thames (pubs, restaurants, shops) and it represents great value for money being some 20-25% cheaper. It also fronts the River Thames and the mainline railway station offers a fast service into London Waterloo.
The areas of Twickenham Green and Strawberry Hill area particularly popular with families due to the range of highly regarded schools such as Waldegrave School for Girls which was rated ‘outstanding’ by Ofsted. The area also offers close proximity to open spaces such as Bushey Park, Marble Hill Park and Richmond Park. Community activities such as club cricket, fetes etc are common. Teddington adjoins Twickenham and attracts professionals, families and corporate clients looking for quality accommodation and good transport links; there is a mainline station with services into London Waterloo and the area also offers easy access by road to Central London, M3 / M25 and Heathrow Airport.
Isleworth is also a popular destination being close to Chiswick, Richmond and Twickenham. Home to the former Brunel University, the area offers excellent transport links including a mainline railway station, nearby underground station (Piccadilly Line) and easy access to the M4 / Central London. The area also benefits from a number of modern apartment developments. Old Isleworth is a jewel that is tucked away and which overlooks the Thames. Offering a mix of period and modern property and close proximity to Syon Park, this is certainly worth a visit
