Martin and Co Tunbridge Wells estate agents are located at 11 Vale Road TN1 1BS, we are directly opposite Tunbridge Wells Railway Station and are five minutes' walk from Royal Victoria Shopping centre. The office opened in 2009 and continues to go from strength to strength within the local estate agents, lettings and property sales market.

We work closely with Maidstone, Canterbury and Tonbridge Martin and Co offices and are lucky enough to have a great network with many other offices throughout the UK. This gives us a large database of knowledge and contacts we can always tap into to help our tenants and landlords benefit from the best possible service in helping them either find a home or manage and rent their property.

For some properties we also offer a professional Video-Audio marketing advert. Subject to terms and conditions, this has been very successful in marketing.

The service level is excellent, above and beyond the call of duty. The agent is very good at keeping me informed. They always deliver on any agreement or work that needs to be done, and are effective in finding cost effective solutions, including occasionally doing the work themselves at NO COST.
