Martin and Co Tunbridge Wells estate agents are located at 11 Vale Road TN1 1BS, we are directly opposite Tunbridge Wells Railway Station and are five minutes’ walk from Royal Victoria Shopping centre. David is our Office Director and a Qualified Building surveyor to CIOB standard. He has over 24 years experience in the property industry ranging from building houses to sales and lettings along side full property management. David has also achieved his NFOPP level 3 in Residential Letting and Property Management (QCF) and is a member of ARLA
Our Property Manager Jackie has 22 years experience within property management, sales and letting of both family houses and flats. She has also achieved her NFOPP level 3 in Residential Letting and Property Management (QCF) and is member of ARLA.
Nathalie, our Senior Lettings Administrator, has over 9 years experience in contract work, administration and property management specific to Martin and Co. She has also achieved her NFOPP level 3 in Residential Letting and Property Management (QCF)
Victoria our Senior negotiator, has many years experience within customer care as she has been in retail management for nine years and the last 2 years with our estate agents in Tunbridge Wells. Her negotiation skills are excellent. She has been bought up in this industry from a very young age, being the eldest daughter of David and Jackie. She has started her NFOPP training to enable her to become an ARLA member.

If you are unhappy with the service we have provided and wish to make a formal complaint please write to Mrs Jackie Rogers, Manager at Vale Road. Your complaint will be acknowledged and formally investigated.
If you remain unhappy after our formal investigation the matter will be referred to Mr David Rogers, Managing Director for further investigation.
If you are still dissatisfied after our Managing Director has formally replied to you then the matter may be referred to The Property Ombudsman for an independent review and ruling.
Royal Tunbridge Wells is ideally situated for travel; approximately 20 minutes from the M20 and M25 and right on the A26 and A21.
