The Taunton office is located on Bridge Street, in the centre of Taunton and close to all transport links. Our office opened over five years ago, and we are proud of the growth we have achieved since opening. The areas we cover include; Taunton, Wellington and Bridgwater, and all villages and rural areas across the County.  We work closely with all our neighbouring offices in Bristol, Bath, Exeter, Weymouth and Truro. We do not buy or Sell property, instead we focus solely on Property Lettings and Property Management – which means we deliver a high level of service, without distraction to all of our tenants and landlords. 

 

We go one step further than many of our competitors and offer our landlords property investment, hints and tips. We also believe in finding the right tenants for the property as quickly as possible. We fully reference ALL Tenants using external resources, all tenants must be proven as acceptable BEFORE we propose them to our Landlords for tenancy. 

 

Our level of service is proven by the amount of referrals we receive from both Tenants and Landlords alike. We welcome applications from a broad range of prospective tenants, Corporate tenants, students, sharers and families. We are members of Somerset Chamber of Commerce, BNI, and Taunton Chamber of Commerce. This gives us insight into many Professionals and Trade companies that we can then share with our client base.

 

The Taunton team

Garry Rowley is our Managing Director. Garry is the owner of Martin & Co Taunton, and has been since we began trading more than five years ago. Garry is the manager of the office and oversees the day to day running of the office. 

 

Martin Jacobs is the Senior Negotiator and has been at the office for nearly two years. With sixteen years experience in the property industry, Martin has the knowledge and experience to meet the needs of all tenants and landlords.

 

Emma Chidley has been Property Manager for the past four years. Her duties include all property maintenance problems as well as the general running of our admin. Emma is a valuable member of Martin & Co Taunton.

Project Taunton is managing the high quality, sustainable regeneration of four key areas of Taunton, comprising of approximately 50 hectares of under-utilised land. Each of the development areas will be linked by the River Tone. A fundamental part of the regeneration is to reinstate the river as a significant focus of the town.
