John is a qualified accountant, but decided to break away from the usual stereotype for accountants of sitting behind a desk all day.


"I wanted to do something different. I've worked for some large organisations and small ones too, but none of them gave me the opportunity that Martin & Co has to develop my own business. It's an exciting challenge."


John is starting this new business model in the property sector at a time when the lettings market is booming. "The plan is to grow the business over the years, to build some strong relationships with landlords, tenants and local businesses." A professional and personal service is what will differentiate John from the competition for renting homes in Stowmarket.

The Stowmarket office will cover Stowmarket, Hadleigh & Woodbridge. It's a large geographic area nestling between existing offices in Bury St Edmunds & Ipswich.

It has excellent road & rail links connecting to the Midlands and London. This makes it ideal for those wishing to live in a quieter, more rural community but still having easy access to commute to Ipswich, Norwich, Cambridge, Colchester and beyond.
