Martin&Co has been established since 1986. The Staines office is the only dedicated Letting Agent on the main High Street close to Staines Railway Station. We are a Family Business, with considerable experience in the Lettings Industry, we are multiple Landlords ourselves. Our Family Team pride ourselves in providing immaculate service with competitive fees.
We cover Staines, Ashford, Shepperton, Sunbury, Egham, Englefield Green and Wraysbury and surrounding areas. We believe local knowledge is key to understanding the market and ensuring our customers receive the best possible service. Eric, one of our Principals, was selected to be on the Royal Borough of Windsor & Maidenhead Remuneration Committee. This means we can and are always at the forefront of Social & Economic developments so that we can help, advise and guide our clients.
Louise is our friendly Office Manager; she has fifteen years Sales experience and a BA in Business and a BSc in Economics. She is not only multi-lingual but multi-talented and makes sure everyone has what they need to provide an excellent service.
Our Principal, Eric is a landlord and property developer himself so he really understands the market from personal experience. He was previously a Sales Director for a Large Corporate Company and is always on hand to offer his advice and expertise to our customers.
Sue is our other Principal, she’s also a landlord with multiple properties on her Portfolio. She was Sales & Marketing Director for a national PLC and has moved from a sales and marketing background into property and works with Eric to continue to delight our clients with an award winning letting service.
Dawn is our Office Administrator with over twenty years Office Management experience. She’s is extremely organized and makes sure everything in the office runs smoothly.
Martin & Co. Staines are delighted to now be taking on a new lettings apprentice as part of the national apprentice scheme: Ria will be joining Martin & Co from August. In addition, we have a student from Royal Holloway University on staff, Jack, who makes sure we stay up-to-date on what students want!
Staines and the surrounding areas are at the centre of the UK's transport hub. It is in an excellent location for Heathrow Airport - just twenty minutes by car or a short train ride. The M3, M4 and M25 all serve the area which give residents links to Central London and the south. Apart from Heathrow Airport which employees a massive 68,000 people, there are many major employers in the area including, BP, Centrica, Veolia, Gartner, Glaxo SmithKline, Research in Motion and JP Kenny to name but a few.
We have a very high demand for all property in particular one and two bedroom properties as a result of the transient professional workforce in the area. Close proximity to London means that property prices are high so our landlords are mostly buy to let investors with a portfolio of properties and long term investors that enjoy the stability and prosperity of the London property market.
