I own 2 flats in St Albans, which I am letting out through Martin & Co. Richard holds a BComm and MARLA qualification and is responsible for the marketing, management and Landlord relations. Wife, mother, baby boomer, rugby aficionado and queen of multi-tasking, Merril left South Africa 5 years ago to open the St Albans office, along with husband Richard. Merril oversees the day to day running of the office and prides herself on her organisational skills and her communicative ability to ensure all aspects of the business are dealt with timeously and professionally.

Son-in-law Will, joined the family business in 2014 having relocated from the USA. A BSc graduate with 15 years sales experience in the building industry, he is well equipped to deal with all aspects of the lettings/ sales business with a focus on property management. A sports enthusiast, Will is an avid Ohio Buckeyes Football fan. He loves the great outdoors, camping and African Safari's.
