Director of Southampton Letting Agents, Martin & Co, Gavin Naish commented: "We appreciate that most people are having to 'tighten their belts' when it comes to managing money this year, especially with Christmas on the horizon" Gavin continued: "By reducing our fees for tenants we hope it will ease the financial burden and associated costs of moving, especially for those tenants that have to move for whatever reason"
