Wendy likes spending time with family as well as watching films and movies when she gets the time!

Helen Needham - Accountant

Helen Needham completes our team; she is responsible for rent payments to landlords and lettings accounts. She works behind the scenes ensures that our landlords receive their rent on time and without hassle. In between juggling work and family life Helen likes eating out and socialising with friends.

Hayley McGarrigle - Lettings Negotiator

Hayley McGarrigle is the Lettings Agent Negotiator at the Southampton Woolston office, She has been in the lettings industry for over three years gaining a wide range of experience in lettings negotiations and property management.

She is responsible for qualifying potential tenants, accompanying viewings, negotiating between tenants and landlords, ensuring our client database is up to date with new properties and closing deals.
