Gavin Naish has been working within the Southampton lettings market for over 10 years, and along with his wife Carrie Naish founded Martin & Co Southampton Woolston Lettings Agency in Spring 2007. They have a wealth of knowledge about the local letting property scene and are always on hand in the office to help the team. Outside of the business Gavin and Carrie enjoy spending time with their growing family. Gavin can often be found showing tenants around our properties, and is constantly striving to match tenants with their perfect property in Southampton.

 

Matthew Berry - Business Development Manager and Lettings Negotiator

 

Matthew Berry is our New Business and Development Manager, and has been involved in the lettings business for over two years. He is responsible for conducting market appraisals, and acquiring new properties and landlords to his ever expanding portfolio of letting properties in Southampton and surrounding areas. In his spare time Matthew likes training at his local gym, socialising with friends, and following Southampton Football Club.

 

Wendy Cooke - Property Manager

 

As our Property Manager, Wendy Cooke has been part of our Southampton lettings agency business for over three years and is responsible for property maintenance and management. It takes a lot of patience and organisation to ensure certificate compliance with a large property portfolio, and she’s certainly got it! Wendy likes spending time with family as well as watching films and movies when she gets the time!

 

Helen Needham - Accountant

Helen Needham completes our team; she is responsible for rent payments to landlords and lettings accounts. She works behind the scenes ensures that our landlords receive their rent on time and without hassle. In between juggling work and family life Helen likes eating out and socialising with friends.
