Protect Your Rent

As Christmas is nearly upon us, tenants will be looking to spend their hard earned money on presents for family and friends.

 

However Shelter, the charity who helps fight against homelessness, have suggested that many tenants will skip rental payments this year to help fund their Christmas.

 

A survey conducted by the charity found that 1 in 12 people will expect to go into rent arrears this Christmas and New Year.
