Over 33,000 votes were received making it the biggest consumer survey of its kind in the property industry.

Simon Collyer (Director) 

Spent 23 years in the Army. Serving in Belize, Canada, Oman, Kenya, Ireland, Bosnia and Germany. On leaving the Army in 2004 Simon became a PADI Scuba Diving Instructor teaching in the UK, Belize and Tenerife. Simon's hobbies include meeting new people, the property market, motorcycles and golf and is currently training for his NFOPP Qualification.

Tracie Proudley (Director) 

Has vast experience within the property industry.  Working as a senior property manager for over 8 years in Shrewsbury and the north of England and is currently training for her NFOPP Qualification.

Caren Stephens (Lettings Administrator)

Caren has just joined our team, coming from a background of 8 years in Financial Services.  Caren enjoys baking and crafts and is an acting member of Shrewsbury Amateur Operatic Society.

The majority of our tenants within the Shrewsbury area are young professionals working within Shrewsbury and the surrounding areas however we do have tenants who rent in Shrewsbury but commute as far afield as Birmingham.
