Leigh Miller - Branch Manager

 

Leigh is the captain of our ship with an extensive knowledge of the lettings market after many years working in Sheffield's property industry.  She completed her ARLA qualification in 2002 and has since been a fully qualified member of the organisation. She has the roar of a lion but inside is just a cuddly kitten!  

 

Whitney Sills - Property Consultant

 

Whitney brings years of clerical and customer service experience and carries out her duties in her own unique style! She is the person who will make your viewing appointments and process your applications and, as the office “court jester”, brings much laughter to the team.

 

Ben Miller - Property Consultant

 

When phoning our office you may well be greeted with the booming theatrical voice of Ben. Ben is the baby of the team but has worked in the lettings industry for the last two years during periods of study leave and school holidays. As the most IT minded of the team we rely on him to carry out any technical feats that us mere girlies can’t do!

Simon Offord - Lettings Negotiator

 

Simon has hung up his professional hockey skates and is instead skating around Sheffield doing our property viewings and inspections. Simon brings to the team his down to earth, local lad personality as well as fantastic tales of his time travelling the world as a professional hockey player.

 

Fiona Ellery - Property Consultant

 

Fiona has recently returned from maternity leave and is glad to be back in the "grown up" world.  This "yummy mummy" helps look after both our tenants and landlords.

 

Live and rent in Sheffield North

Sheffield is a large, diverse city with all the hustle and bustle of two Universities, three teaching hospitals, three professional theatres and a concert hall, stretching out to villages with rolling hills and picturesque views.

Sheffield is a hot spot of renting properties and has always had a strong lettings industy.

 

We manage many developments around Kelham Island which is home to the Kelham Island Museum and has some nice pubs and eateries along the river.

 

Hillsborough, including Stannington, Wisewood, Walkley and Wadsley Park Village, has always been a very popular residential area with a mix of old and new houses and apartments. The area boasts its own small shopping centre with an array of shops, cafes, boutiques and beauty salons.

 

Attercliffe and its surrounding areas are ideally situated for the Meadowhall Shopping Centre, Motorpoint Arena and Don Valley. It is also home to Valley Centertainment which is the place to go for Ten Pin Bowling, Multi Screen Cinema and a host of restaurants. It has excellent links via tram and bus to the city centre and is close to the M1.

 

Gradually moving out of Sheffield is Chapeltown,  Grenoside and Ecclesfield. Again, excellent bus and train links to the City Centre and close to the M1 but this has more of a rural feel about it. There are plenty of country pubs serving good food and ale.

 

On the edge of Sheffield lies Oughtibridge, Deepcar, Stocksbridge, Penistone and Thurgoland. There are some great walks and “tucked away” parks along this route and the views are breathtaking.
