Sandbach is an attractive market town, with many listed buildings and historical features, including the famous Saxon stone crosses in the centre of the town. It is the new home of the recently-formed Cheshire East council, and has been steadily growing over the last decade.
It benefits from excellent motorway access to the M6 at junction 17, and good fast rail links to Manchester. It is a pleasant town in which to live, with well regarded secondary schools for both boys and girls, and an active leisure and sporting community, including its well known cricket and rugby clubs. Its convenient location encourages commuting to Manchester, Merseyside, the Potteries and nearby Crewe, as well as further afield via the motorway. It has a strong rental market with good yields.
