The Saltaire team

We are an experienced team that prides itself on getting things right for you first time. Angela Newark is the Director and overseas the general day to day work of the residential lettings team.

 

Angela has a property portfolio of her own which is what brought her in to the lettings agent business 5 years ago when she opened Martin & Co in Saltaire. She can advise you from personal experience on which areas of Bradford, Shipley, and Bingley to buy to let and which types of property to buy for the best investment rental returns.

 

Carol Stubbs is our Lettings Manager, she has many years experience in managing property to let both with Martin & Co and one of our corporate competitiors. She provides market appraisals for new and existing properties, advises Landlords on increasing rental values and suggests improvements to maximise lettability.

 

Pauline Starkey and  Charlotte Johnson provide tenant viewings, and application administration, between them they have a range of experience and expertise.

 

Julie Ward is our Lettings Development Manager who has a strong background in marketing and business development. Julie is helping us develop the business to the next level.

 

Annie Nichols deals with all administration once a tenant has been found and will do everything she can to make our tenants move in go as smoothly as possible.

 

Emma Field works closely with Sukhbir offering support with property maintenance, renewals and deposit refunds.

 

Sukhbir Memhi is our Property and Accounts Manager, he ensures that all rents are paid to landlords within 48hours of receipt and that property maintenance, deposit refunds and tenancy arrears are dealt with promptly and efficiently.

Live and rent in Saltaire

Saltaire is a  historical village with great restaurants, wine bars and due to its canal side location making it a prime spot for walkers and cyclists.  Roberts park is also a place to visit in Saltaire where you can go for a stroll or sit and watch the cricket in the summer. 

 

We are always looking for more properties in the Saltaire area two or three bedroom terraced properties or apartments as demand is very high,  but we also cover, Shipley, Idle, Thackley, Eccleshill, Bingley, Eldwick and Gilstead to name a few. 

 

Our tenants are mainly professional people or families so apartments close to the railway for easy commuting and family homes close to local schools are always in demand.
