The Ringwood office is located on Ringwood’s flourishing High Street right in the centre of town, with Ringwood’s historic marketplace on our doorstep and direct access to all major roads.

 

We’ve been running the office here since 2003 and we are proud winners of the “ESTAS” (estate agents of the year) award.

 

We work closely with the New Milton office to provide the maximum amount of options available to tenants wishing to live in the area, as well as jointly advertising and sponsoring Bransgore Youth Football Club.

 

We also sponsor Ringwood & Ellingham Rugby Club and have an association with the David Lloyd Leisure Club.

 

The Ringwood team

Darren Loose is our Director and has been in the industry for over 4 years, he leads the team with great enthusiasm and passion. Darren is also a Landlord. Hobbies: Playing Golf at Remedy Oak GC and Playing Tennis at David Lloyd Club Ringwood and representing the Club in League Matches as well as playing on the Veterans circuit, Darren is currently ranked 19 in the UK.

 

Jo Mendham is our Lettings Manager, Jo has been working in the lettings industry for 6 years, she is very hungry and motivated for client satisfaction. Jo is also a Landlord. Hobbies: Keeping Fit and Walking

 

Marie Butler is our enthusiastic negotiator, she’s new to the property business but is very motivated to help you find the property you are looking for. Hobbies: Keeping Fit

 

Lisa Williams is our Our Property Manager. Lisa has worked in lettings for 5 years and is extremely knowledgeable when it comes to answering any question on the subject. Lisa is assisted by Hannah Walker.

 

Hannah Walker is our Administrator who assists Lisa in running a very efficient Property Management Department.

 

Live and rent in Ringwood

 

Ringwood is a small pleasant town in the centre of the New Forest, hence the name (ring of wood).

 

The town boasts excellent schools which have achieved highly in Ofsted reports, so much so that families even move to the area just for the schooling alone. Ringwood plays host to a variety of restaurants and public houses, with only a short drive into the forest and there are lots of country pubs.

 

Other features that help make Ringwood so unique are the Ringwood Carnival and the Pedal Car Grand Prix, both yearly events that bring quite a crowd.

 

For sport and leisure Ringwood has a David Lloyd Health Club and the Ringwood Leisure Centre, along with many lakes and the River Avon for those who enjoy a spot of fishing.

 

Ringwood is situated near to other major towns and cities, with easy access to the A31 and then onto the M25:

 

15 minutes from the train station in Brockenhurst

30 minutes from Southampton, Winchester, Bournemouth, Poole, Salisbury, and Lymington.

 

For landlords and landladies: We are very much on the look out for 2 and 3 bedroom properties especially as there is a high demand for family homes in this area. Having said that, we are always seeking homes ranging from 1 to 5 bedrooms.

A typical landlord profile would be “Buy to Let” and home owners moving away for work, so renting rather than selling.
