The lack of buyers and contemplating cutting asking prices are the motivating factors turning homeowners to rent, increasing the ‘accidental landlord trend’.As we start to enter the final quarter of the year, the property market begins to slow down. Homeowners that are becoming ever so more desperate and not be able to sell have in the past often overlooked the option of renting out. This campaign will provide them with the information and advice they will be looking for.
