The area

Reading Central is the home of the Oracle shopping centre which hosts over 90 retail shops and also includes many riverside restaurants and a 10 screen Vue cinema<strong>.</strong>

Schooling in the area is great with the highly regarded Reading University, Reading Boys Grammar School<strong> </strong>provides both day schooling and boarding. Then there s the Kendrick Girls Grammar School which is one of the top schools throughout the whole of the UK.

Reading offers a great night life with a variety of fantastic bars, pubs and clubs located in the town centre, including Jamie Oliver s Italian restaurant<strong>.</strong>

Other items of note are Reading Football Club, the annual Reading Music Festival - attended by over 80,000 people, and the Royal Berkshire Hospital.

Reading also plays home to some of the biggest businesses in the world with the UK headquarters for Microsoft and the BG Group, as well as having the Weather Forecasting HQ, situated nearby. This may be why <strong>Reading has the lowest unemployment in the area.</strong>

There are fantastic links to <strong>London</strong>, via fast train (25 minutes) to Paddington.
