The Martin & Co Poole Office has been established for over 10 years and is situated in the vibrant centre of Ashley Cross. From there we cover the whole of the Poole area with its many diverse environments including; Alderney, Ashley Cross, Branksome, Branksome Park, Broadstone, Canford Heath, Canford Cliffs, Creekmoor, Hamworthy, Heckford Park, Lilliput, Lower Parkstone, Lytchett Matravers, Lytchett Minster, Oakdale, Parkstone, Poole, Upton, Wallisdown and Whitecliff.

We pride ourselves on the excellent service we provide to Landlords, Tenants, Buyers and Sellers alike and offer our customers a tailor made service at competitive prices. We are members of the UK Association of Letting Agents UKALA, both The Property Ombudsman schemes, the custodial deposit scheme DPS and are fully insured to cover all eventualities.

We consistently let more properties in the Poole postcodes than any other agent (source savvyagent) and have the highest number of new instructions (source Rightmove) which means that we are the number one agent for both Landlords and Tenants alike.

Our sales department offers 3 distinct services which makes us fairly unique. We have the the traditional full sales service, an 'online' fixed fee marketing service (although what sets us apart from online agencies is that your property is marketed from our busy high street office as well) and a more specialised service aimed at Landlord investors buying and selling tenanted properties.

The area

Apart from students, who populate nearby Bournemouth, Poole attracts a mixture of residents. The area is known for its beautiful Blue Flag beaches, stunning Poole Harbour as well as the nearby Purbeck Hills and New Forest. There is an excellent Fast Train direct to London, and both Bournemouth and Southampton Airports are within easy reach whilst Heathrow takes around 1.5 hours. There are also daily ferries which leave for the Channel Islands and France, right from Poole s doorstep<strong>. </strong>

With her degree in shoe design, Kayleigh is a natural for ensuring the rents get in on time and our Landlords are paid as quickly as possible. She also deals with the end of tenancies and deposit returns and reconciles the bank accounts and accounting software daily.

Andrew heads up our busy sales department and the Landlord to Landlord investment side of the business. With many years experience he is the person to go to if buying or selling.

Having owned the Martin & Co Poole office since late 2008 Steve deals with the day to day running of the business and is currently concentrating on a full office refurbishment and growing the new sales department. Has NFOPP qualifications in Lettings and Property Management.

Sue is the real boss in the office and what she says goes!! She ensures the office runs smoothly and deals with most of the many lettings we do. Caroline is the renewals maestro and she spends her time renewing contracts keeping both our Landlords and Tenants happy.

Victoria works with Caroline to ensure that our renewals are dealt with in a prompt and professional manner and also carries out lots of inspections which is a bit like being on 'through the key hole' (sort of)!

Sarah rented her house from our office and she was such a good tenant we gave her a job! She ensures that all prospective tenants are referenced to our high standards and that all the legal paperwork etc is ready for a smooth move in.
