Martin & Co Defy the downturn

The Homelet Rental Index for July 2011 reports that nationally rents have increased by an average of 2.2% over the past year.

Unfortunately in Scotland the trend is quite different, rentals have decreased by 0.34%.

BUT for Martin & Co Paisley, Clydebank & Inverclyde our rentals have increased by 0.4% over the same period.
