The Paisley office is located in the centre of town in Canal Street at the corner of Causeyside Street.  We launched in September 2008 and have worked hard to build a solid reputation in the area.  We cover a very large and diverse area of Renfrewshire and West Dumbartonshire, including over twenty five different towns and villages.

LETTINGS NEGOTIATOR

 

We need a SENIOR LETTINGS NEGOTIATOR/AGENT to cover our central area.

Must have extensive relevant experience.

 

 

The Paisley office is owned and run by Joseph Quaradeghini, formerly a civil engineer for 25 years and now totally dedicated to lettings and property management.

 

Jane Allan is our new Office Manager. With her drive and experience our capacity in the office has increased greatly which can only benefit our landlord's in better service

 

Our Lettings Negotiator is Neeraj Mahindru who has previous lettings experience in Aberdeen and Glasgow and understands the local market extremely well. He has a great bond with our tenants and landlords and takes great pride in his work.

Live and rent in Paisley

Paisley is an excellent commuter spot for professional families as its just eight miles to Glasgow along the M8.  Rentals are 30%-40% cheaper in the Paisley area than in Glasgow so commuting makes sense for a lot of families.  There are also major employers in the area; Glasgow Airport, which is within the town of Paisley, handles over seven million passengers a year and employees hundreds of local people. 

 

There is a real mix of residents including families, singles, couples, contract workers and students who have settled here.  With such a large geographical area we handle every conceivable type of property.
