Award-winning local business owners, Bob, Claire & Sue Urwin and their committed team continue to be the agent of choice in the Oxford area. The high profile of the family-run Martin & Co Oxford letting agents, with their city centre presence, has proven to be a winner for landlords and tenants alike. The Oxford office is located on Paradise Street just a few minutes walk from Oxford’s busy shopping centre. Click HERE for a look. We have been trading since 2006 and have worked hard to build a great reputation in the area and establish ourselves.
We recognise every Landlord and Tenant is different. Whether it's landlords looking for a maximum return on investment or ensuring the right tenant is placed in a much valued asset, we promise to deliver a comprehensive and flexible service that suits our customers - not us.
Similarly, tenants do not always want to take the first property offered, but need a property that suits their needs. Priorities may include a preferred school, proximity to major transport links or simply the size of property. Both landlords and tenants also want security of rent protection and this is something we take very seriously. Our rent guarantee is comprehensive and available to all of our landlords and Martin & Co Oxford is a member of the National Approved Letting Scheme (NALS) which is government backed and the Association of Residential Letting Agents (ARLA). We even invest in Client Money Protection insurance so you know your money is safe with us and we are licensed by the SAFEagent scheme.
The success of Martin and Co Oxford can be directly attributed to its dedicated lettings team. Our friendly supportive staff has exceptional knowledge of Oxford and surrounding areas. Please feel welcome to pop in and meet the team who are always happy to offer the benefit of their expert advice:

Oxford is a beautiful, historical city home to one of the most famous University’s in the UK, Oxford University. There is a real mix of people living in the Oxford, with students centering around the city and families choosing the quieter suburbs.
Our current tenants come from a wide spectrum, including graduates locating to the area, senior managers, company relocations, the military and families - always providing a high demand for properties ranging from 1 and 2 bedroom apartments to large luxury homes.
1 and 2 bedroom apartments are very high in demand throughout Oxford city. Oxford is a very transient city and people come to work or study for just 1 to 3 years. Building land is very limited in the city centre and the availability of modern apartments cannot keep up with this demand. The vast majority of landlords are buy to let investors with more than one property.
