The Nottingham Hucknall team

Penny Bissett is the Branch Manager of the Hucknall Office and boasts a vast knowledge of the lettings industry with over 9 1/2 years of experience in the field.  She’s successfully completed the NAEA Technical Award in Residential Lettings and Property Management and is currently studying for the NFOPP Diploma, forever hungry for more knowledge to offer even higher levels of service to all Landlords.

  

Tracy Egginton is the Lettings Co-ordinator for the Hucknall Office and it is her role to manage the process from applicants applying for a property through to moving in. With her meticulous attention to detail and impeccable organisation she enables both Landlords and Tenants to have as little 'stress' in this process as possible. Tracy also holds over 6 years experience in the Property Industry and has a polite and helpful manner aiming to please both Tenant and Landlord.

 

Pam works as the Branch Assistant for the Hucknall Office and with many years experience in the property sector really forms the 'roots' ensuring all procedures, services and advice never fall below the 'excellent' standard. With her natural, warm nature clients can feel assured that they will receive a superior service to our competitors. Pam also holds over 20 years experience in the Property Industry.

It still offers the 'Flea Market' on a Thursday and Market stalls on a Friday and continues to bring in the crowds every week.  With several bars, local pubs and a blooming amount of shops the high street seems to go from strength to strength every year attracting new customers of all ages. For people who don't drive, Hucknall is ideal - the public transport is second to none with 2 x taxi ranks on the High Street, Tram Stop, Train Station and regular buses!  For families the town offers several schools within the locality and a generous Tesco's for the big weekly shop!
