Local Letting Agency Defend National Award

The Nottingham office of Martin & Co - the UK’s largest dedicated letting agency, has been recognised as the winner of the national award for “Most Successful Established Business”, an award which recognises the highest level of new business. The award was presented at the company’s annual awards ceremony held in Warwickshire last Saturday. This is the 7^th time our Nottingham Branch has won this award.

The award, presented by Martin & Co Founder and Chairman, Richard Martin, celebrates the passion for results and Martin & Co husband and wife team Kate and Martin Crown and their team who have been successful in delivering just that.

Commenting on the award, Richard Martin said that Martin & Kate had not only achieved superb results in developing their business year on year but had “instantly embraced everything that Martin & Co stands for – integrity, professionalism and straight-talking, good advice. Landlords and tenants alike clearly know where they stand and I have been really impressed with the positive feedback I have received.

Accepting the award, Martin said, “This award is a real honour and a tribute to the hard work, dedication, and passion of our staff. It also follows close on the heels of Martin & Co winning Franchise of the Year at The Negotiator Awards for the second time and winning the silver award for “Best Large Letting Chain” category at the ESTAS this year as well as being awarded gold in 2009 and silver in 2010.

“Such success can only help our business further and give much needed confidence to our clients in this largely unregulated industry in which the right choice of letting agency is of paramount importance,” Martin added.

Martin & Kate Crown along with their two sons Tony and Steven own and manage three businesses in the area including North Nottingham (Hucknall), Nottingham City & West and South Nottingham (West Bridgford).
