Martin & Co Nottingham opened in 2003 and have gone from strength to strength opening two further offices in the last few years.  These offices are situated in West Bridgford & Hucknall covering the South and North Nottingham areas.  We are a family run business and employ a further 20 highly trained and qualified members of staff to help run the various offices along with our head office on Clarendon Street where the management team is based.

We regularly send our staff on training courses to ensure they are kept up to date with the changing legislation in the letting industry.  We operate two offices within the city centre.  The main office on Friar Lane is sales orientated and where we deal with all new properties, tenants and landlords taking care of viewings and the move in process.  We have a team of around six highly conscientious staff aiming to provide an excellent service in letting out the properties. 

 

Our second city office is based on Clarendon Street and is where the management department is located.  Again we have a highly trained team of 10 staff in our management and accounts department to ensure a smooth, problem free tenancy.
