Lucy works as our Letting Coordinator where she provides administrative support to the Directors and Negotiators and facilitates the smooth running of the letting agent office . Lucy joined Martin & Co in May 2012, She has worked within customer service/administrative roles for over 10 years and more recently worked in professional recruitment.
Emily joined the team as Senior Negotiator in August 2011 and comes from a recruitment and graphic design background. She has always had a keen interest in property and interior design.
Katie joined the team in April 2013. Katie joined us from the Insurance Industry where she held a variety of administrative roles. Katie has the combined role of Lettings negotiator and Lettings Coordinator.
Jointly owns Martin & Co Norwich and principally operates as the Branch Manager. Prior to establishing Martin & Co., Matt worked for a major food retailer having joined as a graduate manager following his degree at UEA.

Norwich was shortlisted a couple of years ago to become the UK City of Culture, which would have been a deserved accolade given the multitudinous attractions it has. The Norwich Castle, Award Winning Shopping, leisure activities, festivals and relaxing green spaces are just a handful. For the outdoors type it’s also a great place for walking and cycling.
Norwich is steeped in history with many historic buildings and churches still standing; the iconic Norwich Cathedral is just one of these. Norwich is quite clearly the capital of East Anglia and hence has a number of major employers.
