Newcastle Upon Tyne is a shoppers dream. The Eldon Square shopping centre, which has one of the largest John Lewis stores in the country, sits in the city centre. And it is just a short journey to the Metro Centre in Gateshead, one of Europe’s largest indoor shopping malls. Newcastle is home to some of the UK's finest state and independent schools, the top of which include, Gosforth High School, Heaton Manor School, Royal Grammar School, Jesmond.
Newcastle Upon Tyne is based along old Hadrians Wall, so there are several sites of historical significance which attract tourists to the area. It is also home to Blue Flag beaches at Cullercoats and Tynemouth. Newcastle is renowned for its vibrant, colourful and exciting nightlife. There are popular nightclubs like Digital in Times Square, The Cooperage on the Quayside, Liquid & Diva on New Bridge Street, and Blu Bambu in the Bigg Market. The O2 Academy also caters for alternative and indie nights.
The far west of the city, close to the countryside, are popular with families who work in the city and commute into the centre. The charity Evolution Music Festival takes place every May and is host to some of the most popular bands of the year. The public transport network within Newcastle Upon Tyne is among one of the best in the country combining regular bus routes, and the extensive citywide rail network Metro, which also links to Gateshead and Sunderland. Newcastle has a superb Metro network connecting the majority of the city and beyond. The A1 travels through the middle of the city connecting Scotland and London, and the A69 offers a direct route to Carlisle.
Our two bed apartments and three bedroom houses prove to be very popular rentals so we are always on the lookout for more of these. Our typical landlord varies between long term experienced landlords with 5 or less properties, to first time landlords and buy to let investment groups. The majority of our tenants tend to be professional couples, families, and mature students.
