Our letting and estate agents office in New Milton is located on Old Milton Road in New Milton. It has been established for eight years now, and was purchased by the current owners in 2008.
The areas that we predominantly cover are; New Milton/BH25, Barton On Sea/BH25, and Ashely/BH25.
Due to the wide diversity of tenants within our territory, we are never short of one specific type of property. However, we are always on the lookout for more 1, 2, 3 and 4 bed properties to match with our ever increasing box of applicants. Landlords who are prepared to be 'pet friendly' will always do well, as most applicants looking for properties in or around the New Forest area either have or want pets!
We work with local offices Ringwood , Bournemouth, Southampton and Poole sharing marketing projects to include sponsorship of local junior football teams, banners at Bournemouth AFC and radio to name but a few. We also share information in relation to good quality tenants and Landlords.
We are also members of The Property Ombudsman.
The office is owned by Michael Ellis and Becky Troisi who are close friends and business partners and both work full time.
All staff are local, and have a wealth of knowledge of all amenities, schools, leisure facilities, entertainment, travel and shopping within our area. Our ethos centres on offering a friendly, personal and professional service - we will go the extra mile to make sure the right tenants are matched with the right properties/landlords.

New Milton is a lovely town, situated on the edge of the New Forest in south west Hampshire, England. It is a market town, and holds a market every Wednesday along the High Street.
The New Forest is a fantastic place to live, and a magical place to grow up. The New Forest itself is a National Park, and is renowned for the beautiful walks it offers, along with pony trekking and bicycle rides. There are always new areas to discover, and plenty of lovely villages to explore with quaint and cosy pubs to rest your weary feet. Burley, for example, has a history steeped in witchcraft and is well worth a visit, with a couple of cafes offering lovely cream teas.
New Milton has a range of independent and chain stores along the High Street, and a central park which often holds events and fun days.
Nearby Highcliffe, Barton On Sea and Milford On Sea offer beaches, with views across the Solent to the Isle of Wight. There are also a couple of good golf courses locally that are always ready to take on new members.
Many think you cannot beat this area for location. The transport links to London are superb. We have the beautiful Forest on one side, and stunning beaches on the other. What more could you ask for? Trains run from New Milton and Brockenhurst straight to London Waterloo, and you can be there within 1.5 hours. There are also routes all along the south coast, to Bournemouth, Southampton, Weymouth and beyond. The M27 leads to the M3 and straight up to the M25. Or, continue along the M27 to Portsmouth. White Link runs regular ferries from Lymington to Yarmouth on the Isle of White. Trains run from Lymington station right up to the ferry terminal. There’s a great network of bus routes locally, so there is no excuse not to get out and about.
Our landlords are a good mix of developers, buy to let landlords, those with second homes looking for extra income, families acting in power of attorney for elderly parents now in homes and people relocating/moving away from the area for whatever reason and simply not wanting to sell their property in this lovely part of the country!
We are often asked who our typical tenant is and we always reply there is no typical tenant. We currently have company families who know this is the best place to raise your children; elderly couples who have sold up and retired here; locals who simply cannot afford or do not want to get on the property ladder; people who are relocating, have sold up and want to get to know the area before buying and young professionals who work in the City and commute daily, but enjoy a more relaxed pace of life here.
There is an abundance of outstanding schools; Arnewood Secondary in New Milton has a high level of academic achievement, with 24 pupils in 7 years gaining places at Oxford and Cambridge, and Highcliffe Secondary, just on the edge of our territory has recently been awarded a Specialist School Status. Tenants have been known to rent properties just for the postcode, without actually moving in, simply to secure a sought after place!
There are many good primary schools within our area. Those especially noteworthy (having scored 1 - 'outstanding', or 2 - 'good' in Ofsted reports) are: Highcliffe St Marks, St Lukes in Sway, Ashley Infants and Juniors, New Milton Infants and Juniors, Milford-On-Sea Primary, Lymington Infants and Juniors and Brockenhurst Primary.
Private school wise, there are 3 worth mentioning in the local area, Durlston Court (ages 2-13) and Ballard (ages 1.5-16) in New Milton, and Hordle Wallhampton (ages 2-13) just the other side of Lymington.
