National award for letting, for Martin & Co

Martin & Co has been awarded 'Franchise of the Year' at the Negotiator Awards ceremony attended by over 600 guests and held at the Park Lane Hilton, London, earlier this month.

Attracting entries from all over the UK for 17 different award categories, Martin & Co (UK) were named winners in the franchise category.  

Martin & Co (UK) are no strangers to winning having entered this award category twice and winning on both occasions. The business has also been voted a winner by its landlord clients in a survey of customer service. These awards recognise how this 170 plus UK-wide lettings brand has developed, particularly over the last three years, with a dedicated brand for London and a student homes website being rolled out successfully alongside the top ranked website www.martinco.com
