Shaun Cafferty — Senior Director

Shaun is one of two Directors who own and run this successful Cheshire property business, which celebrated its 10th birthday in 2014. Shaun has a special interest in property development and investment and the private rental sector, and is regularly called upon to present at property seminars and conferences. He often works with solicitors, accountants, and tax and financial advisors to deliver rounded solutions and projects within the property and investments sector. Shaun sits on a number of public bodies concerning housing and land development, and is also a member of the regional Bank of England panel, providing input to the Bank of England on the local economy and housing.

Sarah Lillico — General Manager (NFOPP)

With over eight years with Martin & Co, Sarah initially started as a Lettings Negotiator and has now progressed into over three years as General Manager. Sarah oversees ten members of staff over two branches. She is another of our NFOPP qualified members of staff. In addition to her management duties, Sarah takes on new sales and lettings business as well as specialising in major accounts.

Toby Banfield — Branch Manager (NFOPP)

Toby is approaching ten years with Martin & Co, starting out as part-time whilst at university after which he became full-time as a Lettings Coordinator. Toby takes on all our new properties in the Crewe area. He is also an experienced personal Landlord which allows him to give specialist investment advice to prospective Landlords.

Hannah Wharton — Lettings Co-ordinator

With over 10 years experience in estate agency, Hannah over-sees the whole move-in process, coordinating all contracts and relevant documentation. She liaises with our property management team to ensure the property is ready for the new tenants. Hannah also remarkets our existing properties, ensuring all the properties are well presented for marketing. In addition to this, Hannah coordinates the renewal documentation, drawing up the tenancy agreements and ensuring the tenancies are secure for another term.

Ben Harding — Senior Lettings Negotiator

With over five years letting experience with Martin & Co, Ben has progressed as Senior Lettings Negotiator covering both our Crewe and Nantwich branches; which includes the responsibility of advising potential and existing landlords on marketing their properties with Martin & Co. Ben also provides Landlords with feedback on viewing activity and proposing possible tenants which includes a comprehensive referencing procedure; allowing for tenant tracking should their circumstances change throughout their tenancy.

Covering both our Crewe and Nantwich branches; Amir is an expert in finding the right tenant for your property. He provides landlords with advice on pricing and improvements when marketing their properties with Martin & Co. Amir is also responsible for keeping our landlords up-to-date with their property's progress.

Heidi is responsible for qualifying our applicants and making sure they view the best suited potential home. Heidi is also part of our business development team and helps build our prospective portfolio.

We have a dedicated group of specialist property managers looking after our managed portfolio, ensuring your property is maintained to the best standard. Unlike other agencies each manager conducts routine inspections in order to provide Landlords with on the spot feedback and personalised reports. Each department has a NFOPP (National Federation of Property Professionals) qualified member of staff to ensure all legal aspects are covered as a duty of care to our managed portfolio.

Elena oversees all our media and advertising across our Crewe, Nantwich and Chester branches. Her role includes managing all our social media, property news and PR. Elena ensures your properties are marketed to a high standard through our numerous media outlets. In addition, she conducts our market research, building and managing our prospective portfolio.
