The Milton Keynes Office has been successfully trading since 2006, we are located in the centre of town which is easily accessible by public transport and car.  Our office is locally owned and operated and property management is treated with as much importance as letting the property itself.  We focus on finding good quality tenants and make sure they are happy with the property they move into.  We cover the whole of Milton Keynes and have an excellent knowledge of the ins and outs of this vibrant, ‘new’ city.

 

We are members of the ARLA (Association of Residential Lettings), NALS (National Approved Lettings Scheme), TDS (Tenancy Deposit Scheme) and the Property Ombudsman, a useful legal service for tenants and landlords.

Milton Keynes benefits from it’s central location and amongst a wide spread of industries choosing to make Milton Keynes home the logistics sector is extremely strong.  London is just half an hour by train and Birmingham forty five minutes.  Two M1 junctions provide easy vehicular access to all points.

 

Milton Keynes ‘grid’ system of roads and estates is unique and ensures there is a blend of a city feeling along with a host of smaller local communities. Most developments benefit from a small parade of shops, hostelry and linear park.  The centre itself is constantly being regenerated and has one of the largest shopping centre and cinema complexes in the UK.  With a state of the art theatre attracting some of the biggest shows sat next to the indoor ski slope and  sky diving tunnel there really is something to do all of the time.

 

We cover the whole of Milton Keynes including the market towns of Stony Stratford and Newport Pagnell alongside the well established town of Bletchley and the newly developed residential areas in Central Milton Keynes itself.

 

Many of our landlords are professional buy to let investors who have taken advantage of the growth in the area and the stability of tenants who are likely to stick around for a while.  There are some really great modern properties on the market, our two bedroom houses are always the first to let.
