We can advise you on these steps and arrange a lot of them for you. We can also arrange a gas safety certificate (absolutely vital) if your property has gas, and an inventory of all its contents and the condition of the walls, floors, fixtures and fittings.
We will create the relevant Holiday Letting Agreement between you and the tenants and deal with all the finances, ensuring payment in full is made a minimum of 6 weeks before the let starts. We can also hold a security deposit on your behalf, only returning this when the check out inspection has been done after the tenants have vacated.
Whilst we will not provide a full management service during the rental period, we do have access to plumbers and electricians and other trades to help if you have problems at the property. This applies to any issues you may have before the property is ready for letting.
