In a survey recently carried out via the latest quarterly Landlords Panel research from BDRC Continental in partnership with the National Landlords Association, almost half of participating landlords reported that they believe demand for rental property has increased.
Not only that, but 78% of respondents stated that they feel positively about being a landlord!
On the flipside, it’s not all smiles – being a landlord is not always easy, and 62% of respondents agreed that they believe it’s becoming even more difficult recently.
However, many have an optimistic outlook with 49% expecting demand to continue increasing.
How do you feel as a landlord? Similarly positive? If you have any success stories, or on the other end of the spectrum any queries or problems you’d like some advice on, please drop us a line.
