The Martin & Co London Bridge office is located on Tooley Street, five minutes from London Bridge tube station, and moments from the landmark Tower Bridge.

Our small, efficient office means you’ll have a central contact for the whole process, and you won't be passed around like a call centre.

London Bridge is a fantastic place to live, with the trendy nearby Bermondsey Street, which has many bars and restaurants; the affluent Shad Thames with its popular warehouses and cobbled streets also has a range of restaurants, and is attractive, full of character & history, and a very popular area to live in. Much of the local area is very vibrant and up-and-coming - many parts have been very successfully regenerated over the past decade, such as More London and the riverside area by City Hall. Other nearby areas such as Elephant & Castle are currently undergoing massive billion-pound regeneration schemes. Nearby is the South Bank, ranging riverside from Tower Bridge over to Waterloo, with a huge range of restaurants and attractions including the Tate Modern, Shakespeare's Globe theatre, the London Eye, and the British Film Institute IMAX.
Near to London Bridge station in our immediate area is the Fabric & Textiles Museum, the Design Museum, British War Museum, the popular cultured Borough Market; as well as the tourist attractions like the London Dungeon and the London Bridge Experience. London Bridge station offers Underground access on Northern & Jubilee lines as well as various overground suburban rail services – the area is full of intersecting bus routes for transport anywhere in London. With an abundance of amenities, history and character, as well as job opportunities and good transport links across London, London Bridge is an ideal place to live.
We are always in need of good quality one-bedroom apartments within a ten minute radius of London Bridge station, as that's our most sought-after property type by applicants and we always let them much more quickly than we can keep up with demand! Good quality three-bedroom properties in SE1 and SE16 have a strong seasonal demand, and two-bedroom apartments need to be sensibly priced but always have a strong constantly-replenished market. Our landlords range from investors with multiple properties in the area and across to London, from residents relocating and letting out their homes, to first-time landlords buying their first rental investment in this popular lettings area. We have a large amount of corporate/professional tenants who work nearby, in the City or Canary Wharf, or elsewhere in London, who generally look for one or two bedroom apartments. They are generally singles, or sharers, or couples, almost entirely without children. We also have, seasonally, a vibrant student market for two, three and four bedroom properties, who study at the various nearby universities.
